Hello everyone! I’m Tavo and I work as a product designer manager in Brazil. I usually say that I was meant to be a designer… I love being part of big changes, it’s my pleasure to help any of my users to accomplish their routine tasks better, and the thing I like the most in this area, it’s the possibility of work in multiple scenarios, I’ve worked in assurance companies, fintechs, banks, agrobusiness, marketplace and now… I’m part of a team that builds internal systems to help our CX attendants to be more effective in their daily routine. In my latest experience I had the chance of working for internal costumers, and for me is such a pleasure! I really like having users close to me, and in this scenario, it happens a lot.
